Your library card gives you access to a wide range of services, you can reserve meeting rooms, notarize your documents, and more.
Passports
Augusta Public Library now offers passport processing. Passport application forms are available at the library or can be completed online (must bring completed & printed copy with you).
Appointments are required. Please have your photocopies ready before your appointment. Click "More information" to schedule your appointment.
Technical Help
Get one-to-one help from staff for your tech questions. We offer free 30 minute appointments. Call us at 316-775-2681 to schedule an appointment.
Outreach
Get books delivered to your door once a month. A free service for our homebound residents.
Obituaries
Get access to our digitized local obituaries starting from 1981 (with the exception of 1992-1995).
Meeting Rooms
Augusta Public Library provides meeting rooms for rent for profit and nonprofit groups in library facilities. Facilities must be booked in advance. Study rooms are available for free for students.
To reserve a room, please read over the Meeting Room Policy form, and print off the Meeting Room Application and Rental Agreement form. Forms are also available at the front desk.

Test Proctoring
Augusta Public Library offers test proctoring services for students.
Requirements:
A library card holder, with an account in good standing.
Schedule one week in advance of exam date.
To schedule a proctored exam call the Library.
Computers & Internet
Augusta Public Library has 12 computers available for public use; browse the internet, or work on documents.
Computer sessions are 2 hours, extensions of time are offered on a case-by-case basis. When a session ends all files saved to the computer, progress in an online form, and internet history is lost - there is no recovery of documents, images, or progress.
Library staff can offer minimal assistance, but if you need more help call to schedule an appointment for one-on-one assistance.
Copy, Print, Scan, and Fax
The library offers a public copier located near the elevator. The copy machine is capable of making copies, prints, scans and sending faxes. If you have questions library staff can assist you with machine operation and settings.

Notary
Augusta Public Library employs one notary, service is available to all. Notary services is free to library card holders with an account in good standing. If you do not have a library card the service is $5.00 per signature.
You must have a valid photo ID for notary services.
