Who can use the Library?

The Library is available to all.

To get a library card you have to be over the age of four and be a Kansas resident.

If you already have a library card all services are available to you as long as your account is in good standing. If you owe the Library $5.00 or more for fines, fees, or lost items, your account is not in good standing.
