Can I reserve a meeting room?

Yes, we have three rooms available to meet your needs.

Richardson Room: maximum occupancy of 8 people.
Vancil Study Room: maximum occupancy of 15 people.
Community Room: maximum occupancy of 80 people.

Please read our Meeting Room Policy form, if one of our meeting rooms seems like a good fit, please fill out our Meeting Room Application and Rental Agreement form. Copies of the forms are available online and at the front desk.
